“After making a decision to have our den windows (2) changed, my husband and I decided to get some estimates. I talked with a representative from 3 companies. Window Depot USA was one of the companies. The representative from the company, Zachary A. Sales, sold me on his company right away. His presentation of the product, his humorous personality and the company’s price won me over and I quickly talked my husband into agreeing that this was the company we would use.
The company was very prompt in coming out to do the measurements, placing the order and receiving the windows back. They were also very prompt with the installation. The workers were neat, and cleaned up all the extra trash. Before the workers finished the job, the company called me to be sure all was well. After the workers left, Zach came by to make the final inspection. Again he assured me of our warranty and advised me to notify the company if anything goes wrong with the windows.

“For a long time, we wanted to replace the old windows in our house with new vinyl windows that would be energy efficient and easier to clean and maintain. We contacted several local companies and finally selected Window Depot USA to do the job. The work was completed just this month, and we have been very pleased with the result.
The job was started within the time frame promised. Work was completed on the twenty-three windows in three days. The installers were competent and made as little mess as possible on this type construction job. They kept the debris picked up around the house. They did a neat caulking job without smearing compound where it was not supposed to be. The team leader, Sam, and all the others, were very cooperative with any of our requests. The crew was not boisterous or profane and had a pleasant attitude. In short, we are pleased with the job, and would not hesitate to recommend Window Depot USA to anyone needing replacement windows.”
